Another Reason Why Taggers Suck

The Highland Park Car Show Mural on the side of the historic Franklin Theater in the Pep Boy's parking lot on Figueroa Street.
-No RESPECT.
A tagger recently decided to spray a fire extinguisher filled with yellow paint across the Highland Park Car Show Mural. In his brilliance, he chose a color that blends so well, you can't even make out the tagger's name.

i loooove graffiti art but the crap he did is just plain vandalism. so whack.
But where do you draw the line for “art’s” sake?
To every tagger, their OWN art is beautiful – or at least onanistic enough to give them cause to keep doing it, even to the point of destroying the work of someone else. That’s why is all has to be “taught” out of our collective mindset, starting at an early age.
Graffiti isn’t “art” unless you’re willing to limit it to where you have the full rights and permission of the owner(s) to place it there. It’s always criminal, otherwise.
Begin at home. Ask Mom and/or Dad if it’s okay to cover her living room walls with it. Otherwise, find another artistic outlet.

Taggers are the biggest street pussys ever its either there tweeker skinny or fat theres really no in between. It a shame that such good work got destryed do to some toys action. when i was in high they never had the balls to hit me up so they asked ine of there friends if i tagged or bang i said hell no i dont need to rely on an aoutomatic or other men to protect me because i can fight. those assholes
First off, I understand this is an old post. Just want vent out my frustration with these taggers. Is there any way to get these people? I think they are terrorists.
I’m with you highlander. There seems to be a great deal more of this blight appearing on the walls and tree trunks of H.P. these days. How can we organize against these tagging morons?
