Midterms
Today is election day. The Midterms. There are 45 items on the 90042 ballot to vote on. Hope you have done your homework and know who and what you’re voting for, and where at. Here are a few links just in case:
Google Maps has a great new polling place finder. Just type your address and it gives directions.
Good Magazine, the L0s Angeles-based-graphic-artist-driven-infographic-powerhouse has a really comprehensive guide to the races in California.
Smartvoter is always smart.
LACBA (Los Angeles County Bar Association) is Thee place to go to for information about judicial candidates.
Calvoter has a bunch of links at their site if you’re lost.
LAVOTE.NET is the official Los Angeles County site for all our election information needs.
Polls are open from 7AM to 8PM. Fill out your Sample Ballot before you get to the voting booth. When in doubt, skip it or vote no. Wear your “I Voted” sticker and you’ll have something even Meg Whitman couldn’t buy through ebay.
“If you don’t vote, you can’t complain.”
