Finding a thematic rail transit photo that fits the season is no easy task. This week’s TTTUT had to go all the way to Kenosha, Wisconsin. –Which like Highland Park has over a hundred years of streetcar history, but they’re lucky enough to be part of the Heritage Streetcar Revival and have this fine PCC Streetcar to enjoy every day.

Just searching for a photo of Halloween and public transit was a reminder of how far Los Angeles has to go. On Halloween night in major cities, public transit systems are filled with costumed revelers heading to Halloween events. In L.A. it’s going to be more about searching for parking in West Hollywood. At least searching Metro’s archives produced this gem from the RTD in 1986:
